Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?
Orders are securely packaged, and the packing process is documented with video for security purposes. Products are insured at full value and shipped via a carrier of De Astra’s choice. Orders may take up to 7–10 business days to process depending on product availability or customization requirements.
A “business day” is Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and order details once your package ships.

For security:

  • If shipping to an address different from your billing address, you must contact your bank or credit card company to add the address to your account prior to placing your order.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • An adult signature is required at delivery.
  • If you choose to pick up your package from a carrier location, a valid government-issued photo ID is required.

Risk of Loss and Damage
All risk of loss, theft, damage, or delay transfers to the buyer once the order has been delivered to the carrier. De Astra will not be held responsible for any items lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • Buyers are strongly encouraged to track their shipments and ensure someone is available to receive and sign for delivery.
  • Any claims for loss, theft, or damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
  • De Astra does not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for issues occurring after shipment, including claims of “item not received” when carrier records show delivery.

Please keep your postal or carrier receipt and tracking number until delivery is confirmed.
