Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We proudly offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all DEASTRA fine jewelry.

If your piece is damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us for evaluation. Customers in the US will receive free return labels. For customers outside US, a $50 deposit is required before shipping your item to DEASTRA for evaluation. This deposit covers shipping and inspection by our expert jewelers and is fully refunded if the repair is covered under warranty. Complimentary return shipping is always provided for warrantied repairs. If the issue is not covered, you’ll receive a repair quote for approval. Should you approve, the deposit will be applied toward the repair. If not, it will be used to cover the return shipping cost.

If a warranty issue is confirmed, DEASTRA will repair the item or replace it at no charge.

Repairs or service performed by jewelers outside of DEASTRA will void the warranty. Please note that all fine jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear, daily use, and occasional accidental damage—especially rings, which endure constant pressure. Our manufacturing warranty does not cover wear and tear, gemstone loss, product loss, theft, or damage resulting from failure to maintain necessary repairs.

Examples of issues not covered under this warranty include:

• Discoloration of precious metals from chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
• Wear of metals and prongs over time, which may require restoration.
• Prongs catching, bending, or wearing down from daily use, potentially leading to gemstone loss.
• Loss of gemstones caused by everyday wear or accidental damage.

For additional protection, DEASTRA offers extended service plans (available at an additional cost) to cover many common wear-and-tear issues. We also recommend maintaining independent jewelry insurance to protect against major damage, loss, or theft.

Extended Protection Plan

Adding an Extended Protection Plan to your purchase is a simple way to protect your most cherished pieces beyond our standard lifetime manufacturing warranty. This plan helps cover accidental damage and provides added services to keep your jewelry looking its best.

With the plan, you’ll enjoy additional benefits such as:

• Free ring sizing (outside of our standard resize period)
• Rhodium plating
• Professional polishing
• And more care services to maintain your jewelry’s beauty

Plan lengths are flexible to fit your needs, ranging from 3 years to lifetime coverage, depending on the qualifying DEASTRA item. You can select an Extended Protection Plan right in your online shopping cart with any eligible purchase. These plans are offered by Jewelers Mutual Group in partnership with DEASTRA.
