Return Policy
Our commitment to you extends beyond delivery. You may return or exchange items within 14 days from the shipment date if they meet the following requirements:
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and returned in their original packaging.
- Items must retain the original De Astra jewelry tag as provided at shipment. Removal of the tag renders the item non-refundable.
- Customers may return a product up to two times within 30 days of receipt. The second return is eligible for store credit only or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All orders become final sale after the initial 14-day period.
- Please allow up to two weeks for refund processing.
Damaged or Missing Items Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately at 1-718-569-7773. Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, claims will not be accepted.
Risk of Loss for Returns
De Astra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. Customers should ship returns using a tracked and insured method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry (including engraved items).
- Jewelry with damaged or missing center stones.
- Jewelry showing signs of wear (chips, scratches, breaks, or nicks).
- Jewelry that has been resized, altered, or repaired by another jeweler.
- Items classified as non-resizable, such as milgrain bands or full eternity rings.
How to Prepare a Return
- Email deastrajewelry@gmail.com with your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility via email.
- If eligible, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Affix it to the outside top portion of the box.
- Securely package your item in original materials and include all documentation. Jewelry certificates not returned will incur a $250 replacement fee.
- For your safety, do not write “De Astra” or “Jewelry” on the outside of the package.
After the Return is Received
Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within 5–15 business days. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. For exchanges, you will receive shipment confirmation when your replacement item ships.
Order Cancellations or Changes
To change or cancel an order, contact us at deastrajewelry@gmail.com or call 1-718-569-7773 between 9 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.
- Changes can only be made prior to shipping confirmation.
- Special/custom orders and shipped orders cannot be canceled.
- Once shipped, you must follow the return process above.
