We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimums, no surprises.
Every DEASTRA Jewelry shipment is fully insured and risk-free from the moment it leaves our studio until it arrives safely at your door.
We partner with trusted, premium carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your jewelry arrives quickly and securely.
Unfortunately, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
We recommend providing a residential or business address where someone can sign for your package.
For customers in Australia, the U.K., Canada, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, and Japan, your duties and taxes are already included in the total price when you pay in your local currency.
For all other countries, any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes will be paid directly to the shipping carrier during delivery. They'll contact you if any payment is required.
Each DEASTRA piece is handcrafted to order — no mass production here. Once you place your order, our artisans begin creating your piece from scratch. After completion, it undergoes multiple quality-inspection stages before shipment.

For APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, please allow up to three weeks for delivery via USPS.

Return & Exchange FAQ
Our commitment to you goes beyond delivery.
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of the shipment date, provided they meet our eligibility requirements below. After this period, all sales become final.
To ensure a smooth process:
- Email contact_us@deastrajewelry.com with your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm your eligibility via email.
- If eligible, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label — attach it securely to the outside of your box.
- Package the item safely in its original materials, including all documents. Missing certificates will incur a $250 replacement fee.
- For your security, do not write "DEASTRA" or "Jewelry" on the box exterior.
Once we receive your package, our quality assurance team will inspect the jewelry within 5–15 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
For exchanges, we'll notify you via email with a shipment confirmation once your replacement has been sent.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in their original purchase condition with all accompanying documentation and packaging.
- The DEASTRA jewelry tag must remain attached — removal makes the item non-refundable.
- You may return a product up to two times within 30 days of receipt. A second return will receive store credit only and incur a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns beyond 14 days are ineligible for refunds.
- Please allow up to two weeks for refund processing after inspection.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry, including engraved designs.
- Jewelry with damaged or missing center stones.
- Jewelry showing visible wear such as chips, scratches, or breaks.
- Jewelry that has been resized, altered, or repaired by another jeweler.
- Non-resizable items such as milgrain bands or full eternity rings.
De Astra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when sending items back to us.

If your jewelry is ever damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will evaluate, repair, or replace it at no cost to you.
- U.S. customers receive free return labels for evaluation.
- International customers submit a $50 refundable deposit to cover initial shipping and inspection. This deposit is fully refunded if the repair is covered under warranty.
- Complimentary return shipping is provided for all warrantied repairs.
- If the issue isn't covered, you'll receive a repair quote for approval — and your deposit will be applied toward that cost or used to cover return shipping if you decline.
Yes! Our Extended Protection Plan is designed to cover many issues not included under the standard warranty — such as scratches, prong repair, or rhodium re-plating — giving you peace of mind for years to come.
Our Extended Protection Plan goes beyond the lifetime manufacturing warranty to protect your jewelry from accidental damage and keep it looking like new.
With the plan, you'll enjoy extra benefits such as:
- Free ring sizing (beyond the initial 30-day window)

Plans are available from 3 years to Extended lifetime coverage, depending on the item. You can add a protection plan right in your shopping cart when purchasing an eligible piece.

Our warranty does not cover:
- Discoloration of precious metals due to chemicals, cosmetics, pools, or bathing.
- Natural wear of metals, settings, and prongs over time.
- Prongs bending or loosening through daily wear, leading to potential gemstone loss.
- Loss or damage to gemstones resulting from accidental impact or mishandling.
- Product loss, theft, or neglect in maintaining required repairs.
For added peace of mind, we recommend combining our warranty with an Extended Protection Plan and maintaining independent jewelry insurance to protect against major damage or loss.
Repairs or service performed by non-DEASTRA jewelers automatically void the warranty.
Please remember that normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. All fine jewelry requires routine care, especially rings, which are subject to daily contact and pressure.
